  •  Mental health isn’t one-size-fits-all, and neither is my approach. In our sessions, you can expect a thoughtful, collaborative experience. I take time to understand your story, your goals, and what’s getting in the way. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, mood changes, or life transitions, I work with you to create a treatment plan that feels personalized and realistic. This may include medication management, lifestyle support, or space to process what’s going on in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment.
